Breakwater Beach Slides Minimum Heights and Rules

• Breakwater Beach does not allow bathing attire with any of the following: buckles, belts, rivets, grommets, metal of any kind or cut off jean shorts. Jewelry and eyeglasses are not permitted on slides. T-shirts, life jackets, and wet suits are not allowed on the slides. Running is not permitted. No “horseplay” will be permitted on any of the attractions
  
  
• Anyone under 11 years old must be accompanied by a parent or gaurdian.
  
  
• No outside food or beverages can be brought into the park. No coolers will be permitted in the park
  
  
• Breakwater Beach is a non-smoking park.
  
  
• We do not issue cash refunds for inclement weather. Some attractions will be closed during inclement weather (hard rain, lightening, etc.). Attractions will reopen as soon as weather conditions permit. Some attractions may be limited at times due to volume, weather, and condition.
  
  
• Anyone under the influence of, or possessing drugs or alcohol, will be ejected from the park without compensation.
  
  
• It is recommended that anyone with pre-existing medical conditions evaluate their ability to participate in water activities. This includes but is not limited to; head, neck or back problems, arms or legs in casts, and pregnant women.
  
  
• As with all physical activities, an element of risk exists in the use of any waterpark attraction. It is your responsibility to understand all instructions and your own limitations, physical capabilities and swimming skills prior to participating. Persons who are overweight, or of a "non-athletic" nature, should be aware that some attractions are strenuous with high speeds and aggressive splash pool landings. If you are of a "non-athletic" nature, you should exercise extreme caution when choosing activities in which to participate. Those who are overweight for their body type are encouraged to not use these attractions. We recommend that you observe each attraction before participating.
  
  
• No diving into any water or head first riding on body slides. Both are unsafe and may cause serious injury.
  
  
• Failure to follow all rules, both written and verbal, can result in serious injury to yourself or others. Violation of rules will result in immediate ejection from park without refund.
  
  
• Our height requirements are for your safety and are strictly enforced.
  
  
• Children who wear diapers are required to wear a swim diaper. Please do not change diapers anywhere other than the rest rooms.
  
  
• Breakwater Beach is not responsible for children left unattended. Breakwater Beach is a large park and we cannot be responsible for lost children. Please designate a meeting spot prior to arrival, and check with Guest Relations should someone in your party become lost. We do not do announcements or paging.
  
  
• Pool water is NOT drinking water.
  
  
• Anyone currently or recently experiencing diarrhea shouldn’t use the pools & rides.
• Profanity and abusive language will not be tolerated anywhere in the park.
  

• No outside flotation devices or chairs may be brought into the park.
  
  
• You may leave the park and return during your allotted time but you must follow established procedures in order to be allowed back into the park.
  
  
• The management reserves to right to refuse entry or eject anyone at their discretion.
  
  
• We have several areas that provide shade, and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis
  
  
• To further promote the safety of our guests, we are continually testing the vigilance of our lifeguards during operational hours. This training may include the use of safety equipment, including rescue mannequins. Safety is a team effort between us and you. Please remember there is no substitute for your own vigilance and reasonable care.
  
  
• PHOTOGRAPHY and videos may be taken for personal use only. Commercial photography is prohibited except with prior permission. Admission to the park signifies your permission and agreement to take and use your photographs or images for educational and promotional purposes.
  
  
• Remember to protect yourself from the sun's rays with a good sunscreen or sun-block, and re-apply throughout the day for maximum skin protection - especially the little ones!
  
  
• Breakwater Beach will not be responsible for injuries resulting from pre-existing medical conditions. Patrons with casts, or prior injuries are encouraged not to participate in the attractions.
  
  
• The NOBODY-TOLD ME area: We guarantee without a reasonable doubt that you will lose your car keys, eyeglasses, jewelry, money, etc on our slides and attractions. Please take appropriate measures to protect your valuables.
  
  
• Breakwater Beach assumes no liability for your personal items brought into the park.
  
  
• Because of the nature of our attractions, some lost items may be irretrievable.
  
  
• Please note the height restrictions on the following rides: Lighthouse Cove – no one over 42” or 150#, Perfect Storm under 40” must be with adult, Patriots Plunge – Single Tubes – Double Tubes are all 42” minimum, Octopus-Cannonball-Big Splash are all 48” minimum.
