Please Note :
Will-Call tickets must be picked up during operational hours of the rides or waterpark and can be picked up whenever you are coming to the property to use those tickets. They do not need to be picked up prior to that.

Please Read Before Ordering:
- GROUPS or GROUP LEADERS - if you are from a group and ordering online tickets, we ask you to please contact Denise at 732-793-6488 x-8214 to set up your group prior to arrival so that we can anticipate your arrival. We have a packet of information we would like to send out to you, and your notification to us allows us to be properly staffed and ready to serve you as well as our guests. Please keep in mind that a minimum 1 counselor per 10 children is required for entrance.
- Visa/Mastercard/Amex/Discover accepted. No phone sales. No personal checks.
- You will have two shipping options available to you. The first option (US Mail) is the default option and will be pre-selected. Should you not want the order mailed and instead wish to use the will-call option, then please simply click the button along side of Will-Call to choose that and proceed from there.
- We also suggest you choose the option to add SHIPPING INSURANCE to your order if it is over $100. The cost is $0.75 per every $100 ordered. If we receive a delivery confirmation and the customer claims the shipment was lost or damanged, Casino Beach Pier, LLC will not held be responsible and the customer will have to deal with the local post office to resolve the issue.
- Estimated delivery date is shown as EDD on your order form. We use USPS (US Mail) as our shipping partner. Please understand that the date shown is only an ESTIMATE and you might receive your package earlier then that. Should your EDD be past, then please contact us.
- You will receive an email from us once your order is being processed, and ready for shipment. This is just notification that the order has been received and has begun the process of leaving our location. “Shipped” does not mean that it has been picked up, but has completed it’s final process from us and will be on it’s way to you once USPS arrives at our location.
- Breakwater Beach or Ride and Slide tickets do not signify quicker entrance to the waterpark. They are discount coupons and must be redeemed at the admissions windows for a wristband. You will be required to wait in the admissions line if one exists unless told otherwise upon arrival.
- We cannot credit any shipping back for multiple orders. Please check your order thoroughly prior to checking out. If you place two orders, you will be charged two shipping fees.
- Your address must be 100% correct or else you will not be able to proceed to the shipping option once you click “checkout”. Please review your information. There are many people who mistakenly put in the wrong state (such as Seaside Heights, Alabama) and errors such as this will cause the next page to not load.
- Your billing address MUST match the billing address for the credit card
- Our shipping partner (USPS) does not see any comments from our site. Any notes you place on the orders about holding shipping to a certain date or delivering within a given time frame will go unnoticed. Please make sure you contact them directly once you receive your tracking number from us via email if you have any issues.
- We will not be able to hold any orders for a particular delivery date. Once an order is placed, it goes into the shipping queue and is processed.
- Once an order has been placed, it is impossible to alter any of the fees charged for that order. Again, accuracy is important. If you don’t agree with a charge that is being applied, do not process the order or else that charge will be billed to your credit card.
- Your credit card company or your bank will not be able to tell you that your payment was declined and not applied to your account the same day you place your order. When an order is placed, a “hold” for that amount is put on your account. If the card is declined for any reason, that “hold” will not come off your account until the credit card batch from that day is settled. The “hold” may not even come off right away depending on your individual bank’s practices. If you placed an order, and it was declined, and a second order was accepted for the exact same items, we will not charge your account twice – although it may look like so on a statement - until the settlement between the credit card company and the bank is complete.
- Shipping & Handling Charges
Charge is based on weight an location for delivery and calculated via USPS rates - All items will be shipped USPS. Fees will be added and calculated with your order electronically.
- NJ Residents, 7% sales tax is included in all orders
- Please check your order immediately upon receipt. We will not honor any changes not made within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

traffic it can take several seconds or even a few minutes
for your form to process, please DO NOT hit any buttons during
this process, you will see a "Thank You" page to
confirm your order has been processed. As a safeguard you will receive an email thanking you for your order.
This email will confirm that your order was actually received
by Casino Pier. If you do not receive this email please check your spam and junk mail folders too If after placing your order you do not immediately receive a confirmation email from us, it is likely no order was actually placed do to an error on your part. Please log back into your account and see if there is an order pending. Your card is only charged for actual orders placed. If you do not see under “My Account” à “Previous Orders” then no order has gone through. You will need to order again.
