You can purchase the Easter Sale items on property at the following locations from 11am-6pm on Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

• Waterpark Admission Windows
• Go-Karts/Smuggler’s Quay Golf Admission Booths

You can pick up your Easter Cards anytime the Pier or Waterpark is Open. Click HERE for our Operating Calendar.

Please print out your confirmation tickets from your email and bring them to any Sales Booth on the Pier, Will Call on the Pier or Waterpark Admission Windows.

All orders must have a photo ID and credit card that matches the person who placed the order. No exceptions.

Our offices are not open during the weekend, so phone calls will not be responded to until Monday. Email is the best way to contact us!

We ship orders out every day except Sunday. Therefore, your Easter Cards should arrive within 7 business days. Tracking numbers will be provided to the email that was used to purchase items once items ship.  

The order will arrive in a white 12×9 envelope, please be on the look out for that.

Please do not contact us asking where your order is until May 5 (2 weeks following the sale) as the mail sometimes does take up to 2 weeks.

If you would like the Cards sooner than 2 weeks, please select the Print At Home Option at Check Out as USPS mail sometimes gets delayed.

When you have your tracking number and it says delivered but you still do not have it. Please contact your local Post Office first prior to contacting us, as the USPS most likely can resolve the issue.

Yes. If you made a mistake please email your Order Number to info@casinopiernj.com PRIOR TO SHIPPING and we will fully refund your order. Your order will then be cancelled and you can re-order your correct items.

We ship orders out every day except Sunday. If you catch an error too late and it has already been sent out, you will have to send the order back to us to be rectified.

Saturday, April 19: Petting Zoo on the Midway from 1-3pm AND a Kids Magic Show on the Pier Stage at 3pm.

Sunday, April 20: Photos with the Easter Bunny from 1pm-3pm in the Arcade AND an Animal Show on the Pier Stage at 1pm

Yes! Our Ride Pier, Go-Karts, Smuggler’s Quay Golf, Arcade, Food Stands, Bars, & Games will be open daily during Spring Break (April 18-April 27) weather permitting. Please visit our CALENDAR for our most up-to-date operating hours.

A Ride Credit is what used to be a Ride Ticket. We no longer use Ticket Books, we use a Rechargeable SURF Card system. Ride Credits can ONLY be used on the Rides. To find out how many credits are needed for each ride, please CLICK HERE.

No! Our Easter Cards NEVER EXPIRE!

Unfortunately No, due to credit card security, we cannot accept orders over the phone.

For each Easter Card please REGISTER your card here. Please also take pictures of your card and receipt in case it is lost or stolen.

A card must be registered in order to be replaced if lost.  Please keep your receipt and also take pictures of your card and receipt in case it is lost or stolen and we can replace.

We have implemented a new card system designed to enhance your experience with seamless transactions and greater convenience during your visit!

During your next visit to the Arcade, please note that the games will feature brand new card readers that are incompatible with your old SURF Card.

However, do not worry, as your existing credits on your old cards remain valid. Simply stop by the Arcade Counter or a Kiosk where our staff will assist you in converting your old barcoded SURF Card to the new RFID SURF Card, enabling you to enjoy all the latest games hassle-free!

You can still pick up previous years’ Easter orders during our hours of operations. You must bring your confirmation email as well as your valid Photo ID.
